Qualification: Post Graduate /Appeared Known languages (Tamil/English/Regional language)
Corporate Sales Experience Mandatory
Manage full Business cycle from lead Generation, cold calling, sharing presentations, and Finalizing Terms & Operating practices.
Understanding client's business profile, mission, vision, culture, and manpower requirements before passing them to the Recruitment Team to service.
Lead generation by maintaining own Database through Internet research, Social Media, Job Boards and References
Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment and Staffing vendor empanelment.
Cold calling new prospects to generate new business and following up
Taking care of commercial negotiation and closing them
nteraction with CEOs and Hiring Managers for pitching of recruitment and staffing services.
Creating and sharing proposals
Responsible for Business development of recruitment and Staffing Services in across India and exploring opportunities Globally.
Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.
Generating sales leads by qualifying BANT by involving decision makers into an in-depth conversation.
Working days
Monday to Friday (Saturday if necessary and based on work)
