Job Description:
1. Manage the entire sales process.
2. Generating leads through various sources and making a follow up.
3. Collecting databases of business owners / relevant audiences and supervising the telecallers for cold calling and conversions.
4. Meeting the prospects in person for closing the sales.
5. Meeting the existing clients for building relationships, cross selling and upselling.
6. Representing the company in business communities like BNI for business networking activities.
7. Preparing the strategies and action plan for meeting the quarterly, half yearly and yearly targets.
8. Making sure the strategies are implemented effectively and targets are achieved.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in the sales domain.
2. Experience in Marketing, digital marketing, web development and sms marketing industries are added advantages.
3. Must have experience in B2B platforms with good connection with business owners and companies.
4. Must be proactive and come up with new ideas and strategies for business growth.
5. Any degree but an MBA graduate is an added advantage.
6. Male / Female with the above skills.
7. Not more than 30 years old.
8. Good inter personality skills, positive attitude, fairly good communication in Tamil and English.
