Job Responsibilities:

● Engage with all new sellers on FreeUp across India and convert them to successfully sell and grow on

FreeUp

● Achieve monthly targets for new seller conversions

● Ability to work independently within a team environment with a Target-oriented approach and strong

attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service

● Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic

behavior at all times.

● Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the

determination to follow through.

● Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in

the company policies.

● Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an

appropriate solution.

● Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should

be a team player.

Minimum Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in any stream.

● Very good command of English & Hindi

● Minimum 1 - 2 yrs of experience working as Business Development/Sales

● Comfortable with doing Sales calling from home (60-100 calls per day
