Job Description:
- Connect and network with local & HNIs clients to sell Residential Properties.
- Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs.
- Provide best possible solution to customers.
- Swiftly arrange site visit for the customer and accompany customer during site visit.
- Provide much personalized services to the customers.
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Work closely with operations/co-closure team to ensure hassle free after sales service.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Keep close watch on the real estate market trends & reports.
- Complete scan on commercial formats, competition analysis, existing & upcoming real estate developments, regulatory framework, local laws & commercial procedures.
- To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/ negotiation using CRM/ERP.
Support ongoing communication with key business stakeholders via verbal & written updates and reports
