Job Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the sales booking process,ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and processed.

Coordinate with the sales team to optimize booking strategies and meet sales targets.

Maintain updated records of bookings, customer information, and payments.

Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Prepare reports on sales booking activities and provide insights for improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote booking offers and special deals.

Address and resolve any issues related to bookings promptly and efficiently.

Train and support junior staff in booking procedures and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 12th pass

Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
