Job Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the sales booking process,ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and processed.

• Coordinate with the sales team to optimize booking strategies and meet sales targets.

• Maintain updated records of bookings, customer information, and payments.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on sales booking activities and provide insights for improvements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote booking offers and special deals.

• Address and resolve any issues related to bookings promptly and efficiently.

• Train and support junior staff in booking procedures and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
