Sales Associate

You will be trained to handle digital sales, tele calling and field sales - 2-3times a week. It's a healthcare set up where you will be responsible for advertising and sales and will be trained for the same.

The work profile involves. : VitalSwasthya, a Health based startup is looking for a full-time sales and marketing intern having some basic knowledge about health and diseases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Sales and marketing of our products (various diet plans and health packages

2. To achieve sales target in the given period of time.

3. Continually monitor the sales performance to ensure all client orders are realized internally and delivered in line with their expectations.

4. Timely collection of payments, client orders, etc as per the sales contract from time to time.

5. To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.

6. Development of new clients through strategies and marketing skills.

7. Generate new leads by identifying interested candidates/clients and promoting health package.

8. coordinate with the business owners and other team members for proper planning and analysis.

9. To interact with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and get back to the dietitians for further details.

10. To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in Sales and Marketing, health competitors, competitive strategies etc.

11. Building good customer relationships on a long-term basis.

12. To go to different companies or do field work as and when required.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications:

10th/12th pass with fluent English/ Hindi/ Marathi

Salary : 8k-10k ( To reconsider after seeing the work quality at least for 3 months)
