Summary:
The position holder is responsible to achieve daily / monthly sales productivity targets by providing the
finance solutions to the customers for buying consumer durable products on easy EMIs. In this role,
the qualified candidate will be responsible for checking the customer’s eligibility for loan and following
documentation process. In addition to this, he/she will be distributing the company’s marketing
material in the given area to increase footfall in the stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the Home Credit brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with
Dealer
- Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
- Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
- Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
- Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
- Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
- Handling customer query and complaint
- Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.
- Maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company’s benchmark.
Desired Profile:
- 10+2 pass out with 9 months of experience in Sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Clear speech, Can communicate with customer
- Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
