Role and Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers on the phone in a friendly and polite manner

 Identify potential clients and generate leads for formwork products

 Solve all the queries of customers and providing excellent customer service

 Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients

 Provide customers with information about the features, benefits, and advantages of our

products

 Contribute to team’s sales goals

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

 Keep track of sales data and prepare regular sales reports

 Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of

products

Requirements  Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to build strong relationships with clients

 Strong negotiation and closing skills

 Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

 Knowledge of formwork products and the construction industry is preferred

Education qualification:  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
