Growpital does this by investing in a portfolio of farm projects by diversifying into various locations, growing multiple crops and practicing different types of farming. Growpital provides an avenue to investors to directly impact the agricultural industry and at the same time earn tax free fixed returns. The funds and resources are invested by Growpital into diversified farm projects providing them with the right resources and services to mitigate risks and achieve operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues

• Provide product information and advice

• Assist with sales orders, invoices and return requests

• Process customer payments and payments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Track customer data and update customer information

• Generate reports and provide feedback to management

• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain knowledge of products, services and promotions

• Adhere to customer service standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales

• Female candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously

• Ability to handle difficult customer situations

• Knowledge of sales processes and procedures

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Understanding of customer service principles and practices
