Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers needs and help and information on product features.
Go the extra mile to drive sales.
Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients.
Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Build productive trust relationships with customers)
Executing some management activities and upholding the list of the active and future clients
Attending international sales meetings, seminars to boost the sales profits of the same.
Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales reports and records
Suggest ways to improve sales (., planning marketing activities)
International Sales Associate develops new prospects and interacts with international customers to increase the sales of the organisation products and services.
Min: 100 calls daily and achieve meetings with customers/clients min: 3 a day in Zoom, Teams and through online.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Min 1 year experience and we consider freshers as well.
Basic knowledge in IT
Proficient in English communication skill
