Job Description:

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at Video Factory. This job is a great chance to learn from and gain practical experience in the digital industry. You will work closely with the project management and sales team and gain insights into our clients, process and sales and marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research: Look up the latest trends, check out what competitors are doing, and help find the best videos , strategies .

Social Media: End to end handling of one or more social media platforms for the company including research, content creation, posting, analyzing.

Content Marketing: Assist in brainstorming creative and educational content for VF

Sales Support : lead generation, preparing pitches and assisting the sales team.

Others : PR, data management, customer survey, international expansion, building e- learning courses.

Other Details:

Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate or MBA.

Should have own laptop

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri), Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (2nd, 4th and 5th saturdays working)

Location: Park Street, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Remuneration:

144k to 240k (negotiable based on experience).
