Job Title: Associate/Sr. Associate - Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

Selling.

Convincing prospective clients that your organisation is the right one to meet up their requirement.

Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.

Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.

Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.

Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing media for the right price under the best terms.

Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities

Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force.

What we expect:

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid opinions to existing and prospective clients.

Perform cost - benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed - upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Must have experience in relevant Sales.

Ability to work independently combines with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
