Job description for Sales Associate(Corporate Loan)

Job Responsibilities:

�� Sourcing new clients

�� Lead generation in the area of industry allotted

�� Selling Financial services to businesses

�� Regular interaction with financial managers majorly from MSME and emerging corporate houses (not limited to)

�� Organize client meetings

�� Provide solutions for short and long-term financial goals.

�� Direct and extensive interaction with the clients.

�� Manage corporate relationships

�� Documentation process & follow-ups with clients

�� Detailed and in-depth reports & MIS

Functional Skills required:

�� Basic understanding of the financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L, Ratio Analysis, Working Capital, and Loans etc. is preferred.

�� Knowledge in the Indian banking sector.

Additional Skills required:

�� Good communication skills

�� Good negotiation & convincing skills

�� Good Analytical skills

�� Good with numbers

�� Well organized, detail oriented and ability to multi task

�� Enthusiastic, intelligent and proactive

�� Willingness to travel for client meetings (very rare)

�� Preference for languages known �� English, Hindi, and Gujarati& Marathi.

Experience required �� 6 months to 2 years

Monthly Salary �� 15K to 30K Negotiable

Salary further negotiable for suitable candidates.

Note:- We are hiring for 2 Locations Delhi and Mumbai.
