Your role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our AI-powered solutions, closing deals, and ensuring a great customer experience. What Youll Do

Identify and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and market research.

Engage with decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate how our ATS can help.

Deliver impactful product demonstrations and persuasive sales pitches.

Overcome objections, negotiate confidently, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine sales strategies.

Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue and market expansion.

Who You Are

6 months 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.

A strong communicator with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.

A quick learner who is excited about AI and SaaS.
