As part of our growth, we are seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team.

Position: Sales Associate

Location: Omaxe Mall, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting high-end jewelry pieces that suit their preferences.

- Provide detailed information about the products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.

- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage payments efficiently.

- Ensure the store is well-maintained, with products displayed attractively and securely.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and the latest fashion in jewellery.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewelry and fashion.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers effectively.

- Educational qualification: Completed 10th, 12th, or higher.

- Language proficiency: Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English is an advantage.
