Job Description:
Equity Planners LLP, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of real estate projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote our real estate offerings.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to showcase our properties and address client inquiries effectively.
3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to facilitate successful property transactions.
5. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
6. Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
7. Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed daily call quotas and sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a successful track record.
3. Ability to make 200+ outbound calls per day, showcasing resilience and determination in achieving sales goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
5. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Sound knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and property values.
