Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products/services. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as engaging with customers to generate leads and close sales. Additionally, this role requires knowledge of GST filing and basic accounting principles to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, and provide insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Engage with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Provide support in managing social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and finance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in Product sales.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Knowledge of GST filing procedures and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
