Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Conduct door-to-door sales to promote solar products and services.
Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the management for product and service improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
Technical Knowledge:
Develop a basic understanding of solar products and their technical specifications.
Explain the benefits and features of solar solutions to potential customers.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
