*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Generate new business leads and expand existing customer relationships.
2. Promote and sell carbon masterbatch and resin products to customers in various industries.
3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
6. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
7. Provide technical support and product information to customers.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, and quality).
9. Meet sales targets and contribute to team revenue growth.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of plastics, polymers, or masterbatches.
3. Strong knowledge of carbon masterbatch and resin products.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
6. Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
7. Ability to travel (up to 50%).
