Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team on a commission-based model. This role offers significant earning potential with no set targets, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn up to ₹80,000 per month, with top performers eligible for equity in the company after six months.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients for our services: Strategic Planning, Branding and Marketing, and Compliance and Training.

Understand client needs and present appropriate service offerings.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Close sales and achieve high conversion rates to maximize earning potential.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Familiarity with our service offerings is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Commission-based earning potential of up to ₹80,000 per month.

Sales Associates will receive 50% commission per conversion.

Top performers will be eligible for equity options after six months of consistent performance.
