*Relationship Officer Duties and Responsibilities*

1) Managing relationships with customers.

2) Conducting customers calls.

3) Identifying and communicating customer needs.

4) Ensuring customer satisfaction.

5) Resolving customer issues and concerns.

6) Developing and implementing marketing. strategies to grow the customer base.

7) Make sales revenue from customers.

8) Handling outbound calls.

9) Maintain all the records of customers.

10) Identify potential customers through databases, cold calling, follow up leads.

11) To sell Personal finance products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales targets.

12) Maintain accurate and up to date activity records.

13) Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures

14 ) Make a group of team whom you can guide and make a work done.
