• Coordinating sales efforts including collecting orders, placing orders in stores, ensure timely delivery to customer, timely collection of payment etc
• Daily visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote our products.
• Maintain continuous contact with existing customers in local markets.
• Introduction of new company products with existing customers & in the market
• Up selling & negotiation of product prices to achieve sales target
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Obtaining deposits and balance of outstanding payment from customers daily and reporting this back to the accounts team
• Preparing and submitting sales invoices for orders.
• Preparing & keeping daily records of allocated customers
• Answering customers' questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Daily submission of collection report and sales report and sales invoice with client signature submit to account department.
• Weekly submission of outstanding credit report and weekly collection report
Any other company related sales responsibilities you will be fully responsible and answerable to the General Manager of directors.
