Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and interest in our products/services.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of the prospect, emphasizing the unique selling points of our offerings.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and converting leads into sales.
Documentation: Accurately maintain customer information, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections with professionalism and persistence, turning challenges into opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance overall sales performance.
