Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle confidential correspondence.

Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
β
Meeting Coordination: Prepare and document meeting notes, obtain approvals, and distribute outcomes.
β
Social Media Management: Oversee executive social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), create content, and engage with messages.

Administrative Support: Maintain and update Google Sheets, prepare presentations, and provide support to the Board of Directors.
β
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate sales reports, financial data, and performance reviews for decision-making.
β
Client Communication: Maintain professional communication via calls and emails while managing negotiations and objections effectively.
What Weβre Looking For:
βοΈ Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, preferably in B2B sales, engaging with clients in the US or Europe.
βοΈ Education: MBA preferred, especially with a business or technical background.
βοΈ Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
βοΈ Work Setup: Must have own PC/Laptop with an internet connection.
Professional Etiquette: Strong understanding of calling & email etiquette.
