Position Title: Outbound Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Highly motivated outbound sales executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in selling software services. The right candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services
Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirements
Work closely with the Delivery Head to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
Update the sales database with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customers
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the Delivery Head.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in outbound sales in IT Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office and any sales software
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
