Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Customer / Field visit plan making & following.
Follow up with Production / Dispatch for timely delivery as per customers requirement.
To ensure all documentation in dispatching material as per customer requirement.
Assessment of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Resolve customer complaints.
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
To ensure market survey & expand the business.
To monitor existing Customer Accounts
To prepare daily action plan and assure the execution accordingly.
To secure all the information and documents and adhere to Policy thereof.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Coordinating with all the Doctors, Surgeons, Physio Therapists, Sports Outlets, Gyms
