• Position title: Sales Analyst

JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
• Assisting in the sales process through data analysis, collecting and analysing data from sales reports
• conducting research and monitoring the competition and the surrounding market.
• Work on inside sales activities like pre-sales, post sales and Preparing Quotes for the Sales team and forecasting sales,
• Customer relation management - tender processing, national and international business co-ordination, validation of technical specifications, attending pre-bid and post bid meetings, Apprising with customers on the technical aspects
• Preparing daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales reviews
• Provide any technical input needed for Project Implementation team
• Proficient with ERP Systems, IQMS Experience a plus
• Ensure adherence to the laws and policies of the organisation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Good customer relation skills
• Proficiency in MS office tools
• Multitasking; being able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Being proactive and goal-oriented; and
• Being able to handle time constraints when deadlines are approaching.
• Strong understanding of dynamics of medical equipment business
