REQUIREMENT:

Research Trainee Freshers and 6 months working experience. Client / customer coordination experience is required if experienced.

Background Science Background with BSC / MSC in computer Science / DOEAC A level / Equivalent diploma in computer science, degree in information technology from a reputed institution.

Fluency in English and writing skill of corporate communications is a must

Tele-calling experience in a BPO / KPO is preferable

JOB DISCRIPTION:

Discovery of customers to generate database opportunities using secondary research as per client needs.

Making cold calls, intermediate calls, follow up.

Manage, nurture and convert leads into MQL/SQL.

Identify strong potential prospects using creative skills.

Advocating clients products

Work smoothly with good communication and higher conversion of leads and build happy environment in office.

Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management.

Influencing & pursuing the customer

Building a list of prospect and creating business opportunity for the client

Finally aligning the customer with the client

Sometimes inviting customers to participate in the events sponsored by the client

Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business values.
