We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new sales leads, presenting our digital solutions to potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in helping local businesses succeed in the digital age by offering them our products and services that enable them to participate in the fast-transforming digital space. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company and provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and physical visits.
Present our comprehensive digital solutions to potential clients and educate them on the benefits of our services.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
Base salary of Rs. 15,000 per month plus commission on sales.
Expected earning potential via selling our low-cost and best-in-class digitizing solution for stores:
For sales between 0 and 29 units, commission rate is 0%.
For sales between 30 and 59 units, commission rate is 15% of the sales price.
For sales of 60 units or more, commission rate is 20% of the sales price.
