Outbound Sales Representative

• Offer services to new and existing residential customers using dialer system.

• Created customized accounts that met both customer needs and company goals of selling

robust packages of products and services.

• Demonstrate mastery of outbound representative call script.

• Properly probe customers, and sell business phone products based upon customer needs and Improve sales by 5%.

• Effectively exceed sales goals by presenting company products and services to current and potential customers.

• Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge.

• Up selling to customers and increase margins and brand loyalty.

• Prepare a variety of status reports, that includes activity closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.

• Demonstrate ability to interact and maintain effective working team relationships with company employees, and supportive departments.

Core Qualifications -:

• Years of experience with telesales and telemarketing

• Graduates with minimum 1 year of BPO experience preferred

• Candidates undergoing any graduation or courses will not be preferred

• Capable of handling a multi-line phone system

• Excellent salesmanship

• Excellent computer skills

• Excellent communication skills required

• Level-headed and calm in fast-paced environment
