Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. This role involves networking, lead generation, sales prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective business strategies and meet sales targets.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to achieve sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their business goals.

4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the company's products or services.

Create detailed proposals and quotations, addressing client requirements and ensuring alignment with company capabilities.

5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.
