Promote by visiting multinational cos. in Wagholi/ Ranjangaon

Promote online using web sites like 99 acres and social media and digital marketing.

Attend the walk-ins that visit the site.

Visit societies and do BTL activity to generate leads.

Make calls to date provided by management

Get referral sale from customers or walk-ins

Engage real estate brokers and motivate them by giving them ground support

Report to management on daily/weekly/monthly basis

Design a flow of how one will tackle and show the property and experience.

Help in documentation and bank loans

Get leads from banks for customers who are looking at buying home

Digital Marketing: Use social media and real estate portals like 99acres, magicbricks to generate leads

Good communication skills

Friendly and positive personality

Identify the scope and work towards improving the usability, design and content leading to consumer at the company website.
