We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in organizing exhibitions and managing auditor empanelment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in planning and organizing exhibitions, including both selection, logistics, and coordination with vendors.
Managing consultant meet process
Manage the registration process for exhibitors and attendees, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exhibitor and attendee data, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
Support sales representatives in generating leads and following up with potential clients.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related role.
Bachelor degree in marketing,sales,Business Administration or similar field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the exhibition industry and auditor empanelment processes is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
