Job Title: Associate Sales Consultant

Job Type: Outbound Sales Process

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, kochi & Gurugram.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Languages Known: English and Regional Language

Eligibility: Any Graduate/12th Passed candidates can apply with 1 year experience in sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone.

2. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.

3. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.

4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

5. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

6. Should ok with Filed Sales as well.

7. If any business requirements candidates need to visit client places.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Regional Language.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record in sales is preferred.

Salary:

- Up to 27,000 CTC

- 23,000 in hand

- Lucrative Incentives
