Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in Printing & Packaging, you will play a

vital role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of

printing and packaging services. Your responsibilities will encompass both sales and marketing

activities, aiming to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Identify and target potential clients within the printing and packaging industry.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct

market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Marketing & Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our printing and packaging

services.

Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media and email, to reach potential clients

Monitor marketing analytics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest printing and packaging technologies and industry trends.

Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate product delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any related field.
