Position Overview: The Sales Manager will help the Sales team to achieve individual as well as team goals. As a Sales Manager you will be expected to build a team, create strategies, maintain rapport with the clients, analyse sales data, and achieve sales targets.
Primary Duties:
Build a team of sales executives.
Create and strategize sales plans.
Achieve sales targets and help the team.
Analyze sales reports and data.
Monitor progress to meet sales goals.
Build relationship with customers.
Qualifications:
Must possess a graduate degree in any field of specialization.
Must have over 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
A keen interest in sales and a strong motivation to learn and advance in the field.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capability to work autonomously and lead a team.
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Dependable internet connection and capacity to work remotely.
