Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals

Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role

Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving them to achieve sales targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the education or child development sector
