We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities

4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers

5. Negotiate and close deals

Marketing:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation

2. Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, events, etc.)

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services

4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity

5. Manage marketing budget and ROI

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product development team to inform product roadmap

2. Provide sales and marketing insights to inform business strategy

3. Manage and analyze sales and marketing metrics (. conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc.)
