Job Summary:

We are looking senior sales manager who is working in Freight Forwarding, for 8-12 yrs., You'll lead strategic initiatives, oversee key processes, and ensure business objectives are met, directly contributing to our company's growth, profitability, and industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team in freight forwarding sales, fostering professional development and maximizing performance.

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance pricing strategies, and optimize operational processes, directly impacting revenue and profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Establish and maintain strong industry relationships, enhancing our company's reputation and market position.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, resulting in cost savings and increased customer loyalty.

Contribute to the company's growth and expansion efforts by identifying new market opportunities and leading revenue-generating initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in freight forwarding sales, with proven leadership and achievement in a senior management role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth industry knowledge and strategic mindset.
