Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will help parents and adult learners enrol in our programs after they have experienced a demo class.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage & Invite: Invite parents and adult learners to personalised video counselling sessions.

Conduct Counselling: Answer their questions and help them decide to enrol in our programs.

Manage Sales Cycle: Handle the process from first contact to final enrolment.

We are looking for passionate salespeople, regardless of your degree or GPA. You must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. This is an office-based role, working six days a week with Tuesdays off. Weekends are key for counselling sessions.
