Job description

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive at Hyderabad , Mumbai, Indore Location to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our Sales team and also to effectively respond to customer and prospect queries.

Basic Requirements:

Qualified As Graduate /Post Graduate In Any Stream

Candidates having work experience as a Sales Support and/or Remote Working will be given priority

Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Google Suite is Mandatory

Proficiency with Digital Meeting Tools such as Google Meet, MS Teams and Zoom

In-depth understanding of Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices

Analytical and multitasking skills

Work Responsibilities:

Responsible for Overall Back office work & overall upkeep of Hyderabad Office space.

Business Development Provide Assistance to Sales Team for Business Development including Customer Visit, Product Development etc.

Customer Relationship Regular Interaction with Customers, Getting Feedback on Quality & Service, Delivery etc & accordingly update the Concerned departments at the Factory. Follow up with Each Customer at Regular Intervals for Business Trend, Market Scenario, future Business Growth.

Internal Coordination - Ensure Coordination with Concerned Departments to Track Respective Jobs Up to delivery at respective locations at Hyderabad.

First Point of Contact for Customer To Act as a first Point Contact for All Customers at & around your job location.
