Customer service: Help customers make buying decisions by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns

Marketing Create: store promotions and marketing campaigns, and conceptualize shopping environments

Maintain relationships with existing customers and businesses, and develop relationships with new customers

Operations Coordinate with inventory, maintenance, and procurement teams, and manage the retail budget and staff

Other Set: Achieve sales goals, keep track of sales activities, and attend trade events, conferences, and promotional events
