Key Responsibilities - :
Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries
Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the business requirements
Researches on channel partners track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration
Creates and maintains a database of channel partners Managing Channel Network
Aligns the channel partner with the organization's long term goals to ensure maximum mutual profitability
Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel partner
Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners. Follows up with channel partners to meet targets
Maintains MIS records of Channel partners performance
Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partner
