Job Description

As a Telecaller for Credit Card Services, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone to promote and sell credit card products and services offered by our company. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and expanding our client base. Your duties will include:

Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to prospective customers from leads provided by the company or generated through other marketing channels.

Pitching Credit Card Products: Presenting the features, benefits, and advantages of our credit card offerings to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.

Building Rapport: Building rapport and establishing a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism.

Addressing Customer Queries: Addressing any questions, concerns, or objections raised by customers regarding credit card products, interest rates, fees, rewards, eligibility criteria, etc.

Providing Information: Providing accurate and detailed information about various credit card options, terms and conditions, application procedures, and documentation requirements.

Promoting Benefits: Highlighting the key benefits and value propositions of our credit cards, such as rewards programs, cashback offers, travel benefits, and insurance coverage.

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional financial products and services offered by the company, such as loans, insurance, or investment products.

Meeting Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company to contribute to the overall revenue goals.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using the company's CRM system or other designated software tools.

Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to sales practices,
