Job Description

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through internet surfing, direct contact, word-of-mouth and collaboration with the marketing department.

Attending networking activities (. Attending or Participating Exhibitions, Business Tour, Join Business Networking Groups etc..) to research and connect with prospective clients.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing and

continuous business from existing clients as well.

Suggesting upgrades or New added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Drafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes

Participating in exhibitions and Ensure Promotion and Branding material is sent to the

business partners/channels partner on time and the same is displayed at the destination and

assigned place/venue.

Lead generation from various search engine sites (., India mart, yellow pages,

just dial, FB, Alibaba, Trade India, LinkedIn etc.).

Updating B2B portals and sites regularly like Social Handles, Blogs etc

Handling inbound inquiries and leads and ensuring the same is converted to sales

within the time frame.

Ensuring Effective and religious follow-up with B2B customers

Engaging in Research and identify new market opportunities in terms of existing

as well new product opportunities.

Tracking shipments to deliver the material on time.

Maintaining Payment tracker and do follow up on same.

Preparing and Maintaining CRM and MIS - Making a Data entry of New and Previously Searched Leads in the ERP System and effectively update records upon each Follow up.
