Job Description

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Property Search: Utilize market knowledge and resources to identify suitable properties that meet clients' criteria.

Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients, highlighting features and benefits to match their requirements.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale, including price, financing, closing dates, and other terms, to achieve favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Sales Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing updates on market trends, new listings, and industry developments.

Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, including online advertising, social media promotion, and networking events.

Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide expert advice to clients.

Closing Process: Coordinate with all parties involved in the closing process, including buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to ensure a seamless transaction.

Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support and follow-up services to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise after the transaction.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, with a track record of successful transactions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
