Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential buyers through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits.
Guide clients through the process of purchasing real estate, including providing information on financing options, market analysis, and property valuation.
Negotiate terms of sale and draft contracts that align with the needs and preferences of both buyers and sellers.
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Facilitate the closing process, including coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a timely and smooth transaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and promote company services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate sales executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and regulations.
Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
