The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, manage leads effectively, and match them with suitable transporters in the market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying leads.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
-Utilize various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and social media to generate leads within the transportation industry.
-Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies.
-Maintain a database of leads and regularly update it with relevant information.
Lead Qualification:
-Conduct initial outreach to leads to assess their needs, requirements, and level of interest.
-Gather necessary information to qualify leads, including budget, timeline, and specific transportation needs.
-Determine the suitability of leads for our services based on predefined criteria.
Lead Management:
-Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
-Keep detailed records of all interactions with leads, including communication history and any relevant notes.
-Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.
Matchmaking:
-Analyze lead requirements and preferences to identify suitable transporters from our network.
-Coordinate with the operations team to match leads with appropriate transporters based on availability, capacity, and service offerings.
-Facilitate introductions and manage the handoff process between leads and assigned transporters.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in lead generation and management efforts.
-Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies and processes.
