Job brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities and increase the customer database.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering, pursuing new sales prospects and enhancing the customer database. Therefore, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you are confident on communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to represent our company and showcase products, finally gathering customer information, I would be glad to meet you.
You will be required to have any two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter). The company will bear the petrol expenses.
(In case you do not have any vehicle, the company will bear the transportation expenses).
The expected monthly salary would consist of two parts Fixed (Rs. 7000 10,000) + Incentives (Based on your performance and sale conversions).
You will be required to work 5 Days / Week (Monday Friday). In case of sudden or uninformed leaves, salary of that particular day will be deducted (except national holidays).
Responsibilities
Visit and discover places to explore new markets.
Actively seek out for new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Gather data of the clients.
Make deals with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Gather after sales feedback from customers or prospects and share with the company.
Requirements and skills -
Must be 12th completed or Graduated. (In any stream)
Both Freshers and Experienced are eligible.
Recommended to have two-wheeler - Bike or Scooter. (If not, are also eligible)
Proficient in Bengali and Hindi. (Expected to have basic English knowledge)
Negotiation skills, fast learner, explorer, adventurous and passionate for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
