Should have complete knowledge of the category being handled. (Candidate will be trained for 30 days).
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Responds to customers questions.
Directs customers by escorting them to counters.
Maintain Proper Product display.
Should know our offers and details of reward points etc.
Have very good knowledge about all the Finance Options, Cash backs etc for all product categories.
Maintain best level of hygiene at the Category for each and every Brand, product, Lowest possible Obsolete, Ageing stocks should be maintained.
Ensuring lowest level Shrinkage in Category through conducting weekly store stock audit.
Practice honesty and sincerity at all times and ensure that no malpractice is followed in the branch by anyone
Inform concerned higher authorities in case any misappropriation or malpractice is observed at store by anyone
